We are so excited about this: Steffan the Campfire Barista’s Forest Chai Syrup!

This beautifully fragrant syrup has been winning over the hearts and the taste buds of our visitors for three years now. Until now it has only been available here in Levi – we have been serving it on Steffan’s coffee sled and by the campfire in the HaliPuu forest.

After Gordon, Gino and Fred visited us at Christmas 2020 (and Gordon Ramsay called Steffan’s drinks exquisite) we thought that it is time to share our secret chai syrup with the world. We decided to create an actual, postable version of the syrup, and put it in our webshop. And now the syrup is ready!

So here it is, the first ever commercial HaliPuu’s Campfire Barista product, the by now legendary Forest Chai Syrup. It is made with chai spices, arctic birch leaves and juniper berries (and sugars, it being a syrup). It contains no additives of any kind, no colourants or artificial flavourings, just sweet, spicy yumminess that will transport you right into our forest and to our campfire. Please notice that unlike the syrup shown on the GGF show, this one does not contain Chaga (EU doesn’t allow that for a commercial syrup).

There are eight sachets of 15ml in a package, with which you can make 8 cups of Foresty Chai Latte. Just empty one sachet into a cup, add 150ml of hot milk of your choice (frothed, if you prefer. We do.) and if you wish, a shot of espresso coffee. Give it a quick stirr and enjoy! You can also use the syrup to spice up your other favourite drinks and cocktails, or try it in baking – do share your best recipes with us, though 🙂

Here is a broadcast we did on Sunday, October the 24th, where we unbox the first test-batch, and make a chai latte using our super delicious syrup.
