During this Sunday’s live broadcast we went tapping birch sap – a energy filled drink straight from the trees. Have no fear, these big birch trees can handle tapping very well, they heal themselves in no time 🌳🥛🤩 BTW, we do our live broadcasts on Instagram at the moment!

Whaa, we made such incredibly delicious “reindeer in a blanket” (named so by our viewer John 😄) during our broadcast by the campfire yesterday! A reindeer-porcini sausage, cooked on the campfire, then wrapped in a bread dough and cooked some more. The first example was not exactly pretty but it was SUPER yummy. Yesterday on our Sunday-broadcast we went to see the sun on top of Levi-fell. Look how funny the trees are up there (and what an incredibly beautiful sight the first rays of sun are after a long polar night)
This Sunday’s HaliPuu-broadcast revolved around the scents of Christmas, including a Christmas tree (of course) as well as the Christmassy spices of our Chai-syrup 🙂
